Fees include:
- Welcome reception
- Tuesday through Saturday breakfast at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco hotel
- Tuesday through Friday lunches and coffee breaks at the San Francisco War Memorial
- Friday Closing Dinner at Sens Restaurant on the San Francisco Embarcadero
- Saturday lunch at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco
- Access to the conference oral and poster presentations, and exhibition sessions as scheduled in the final program
- Conference materials including the IDMC-11 abstract program
- Internet access during the conference sessions
Please note:
- Fees do not include any lodging accommodation

Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing to the conference organizers. Contact organizers by emailing info@idmc11.org.
Refund of registration fees will be made as follows:
- For cancellation notification received by July 9, 2017 – Full refund, less $50 handling fee
- For cancellation notification received after July 9, 2017 – No refund
