Fees include:

  • Welcome reception
  • Tuesday through Saturday breakfast at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco hotel 
  • Tuesday through Friday lunches and coffee breaks at the San Francisco War Memorial
  • Friday Closing Dinner at Sens Restaurant on the San Francisco Embarcadero
  • Saturday lunch at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco
  • Access to the conference oral and poster presentations, and exhibition sessions as scheduled in the final program
  • Conference materials including the IDMC-11 abstract program
  • Internet access during the conference sessions

Please note:

  • Fees do not include any lodging accommodation
  • If you plan on attending the 2017 MDF Annual Conference Closing Dinner Party on Saturday, please purchase the Closing Dinner ticket

Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing to the conference organizers. Contact organizers by emailing info@idmc11.org.

Refund of registration fees will be made as follows:

  • For cancellation notification received by July 9, 2017 – Full refund, less $50 handling fee
  • For cancellation notification received after July 9, 2017 – No refund
