The fees include:
- Welcome cocktail
- Lunches & coffee breaks as scheduled in the conference program
- Access to the conference oral and poster presentations and exhibition sessions as scheduled in the final program
- Conference materials: IDMC-11 abstract book and program
- Internet access during the conference sessions
Please note that:
- These fees do not include any accommodation
- Booking in nearby hotels are proposed on this page
Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the conference organizers. Contact organizers by emailing info@myotonic.org.
Refund of registration fees will be made as follows:
- For cancellation notification received by May 29, 2017 – Full refund, less $50 handling fee.
- For cancellation notification received after May 29, 2017 – No refund.
